Return & Refund Policy

At Wrist Gallery Dubai, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Please review our return, exchange, and refund conditions carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

• The watch must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• All protective stickers, tags, accessories, packaging, and included items must remain intact.

• The product must not show signs of wear, scratches, damage, alteration, or misuse.

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return or exchange.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your watch for another model, color, or style, please contact our customer support team.

If the replacement item has a higher price, the customer will need to pay the difference.

If applicable, delivery or exchange charges will be communicated before the exchange is arranged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If you receive:

• The wrong item

• A damaged product

• A product with a manufacturing defect

Please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or other resolution.

Damage caused after delivery through misuse, accidental damage, water exposure beyond the product's stated resistance, improper handling, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the item must first be returned and inspected.

Once the return has been approved, the refund will be processed using the applicable payment method or another agreed method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, our support team will provide the available refund method after the return has been approved.

Original delivery fees and return/exchange delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the product received was incorrect or confirmed defective.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds may be refused for:

• Worn or used watches

• Watches with scratches, marks, or physical damage

• Products with removed protective films or tags

• Missing packaging, accessories, boxes, or included items

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

• Items altered, resized, or modified by the customer or a third party

• Items returned outside the permitted return period

Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has already been dispatched or handed to the delivery team, cancellation may no longer be possible and applicable delivery or return charges may apply.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

• Your order number

• Full name

• Phone number

• Reason for the return or exchange

• Photos or videos where relevant

Our team will review your request and provide the next steps.

Please do not send or return any product without receiving return instructions from our team first.

Wrist Gallery Dubai reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving an exchange or refund.

Returns that do not comply with this policy may be rejected.
