How does delivery work in the UAE?
We deliver across the UAE, with most orders arriving within 24 Hours after confirmation. Our delivery team may contact you before arrival to confirm your location and availability.
What warranty is included?
Eligible watches include coverage against manufacturing defects. Warranty coverage does not include accidental damage, normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or water damage beyond the watch's stated resistance. Any model-specific warranty details will be communicated with the product or order.
Can I return or exchange a watch?
Yes. Eligible watches can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all packaging and included accessories intact. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full conditions.
